Andy graduated from Luther College in Decorah, Iowa with a degree in Physical Education and Health. Andy is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach through the National Strength and Conditioning Association, and a Certified Personal through both the National Academy of Sports Medicine and American Council on Exercise.
Andy is also a certified Kettlebell instructor and TRX Suspension Training instructor.
Crystal Gassman
